In addition to the new version of Android 4.4 KitKat mobile operating system made numerous optimization and a host of features, many file managers, developers are faced with another problem.
It appears that Android 4.4 KitKat was introduced application to restrict access using the powers WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE, in other words, memory cards and other external storage devices. This problem only applies to Android devices that have a built-in memory and external.
In practice this means that application managers can not create a directory, or move any files, rename and other functions, if the credentials WRITE_MEDIA_STORAGE not specified files and folders to which the application runs. Currently, being tested a workaround to restore the possibilities when working with external cards.
