Galaxy A9 again appeared in GeekBench

Samsung is in the near future may present a completely new range of Series A, in particular, Galaxy A9, who recently appeared in the benchmark GeekBench.

Previously, the device specification information fell into the net. According to it, the devices will get a 5.5-inch display, eight-processor with 3 GB of RAM and 32 GB of disk space.

Anticipated Galaxy A9 (SM-A9000) was again tested GeekBench, demonstrating that the smartphone will be equipped with a processor from Qualcomm MSM8976 on board, which is nothing more than a new eight-core Snapdragon 620 with a quad-core Cortex-A72 with a frequency of 1.8 GHz and four Cortex-A53 cores, clocked at 1.4 GHz. Listing synthetic test also confirms that the device will have a 3 GB RAM.

The difference compared with the previous leak GeekBench is that the chipset now seems more suited for better performance on a single core, though, and showed less good results in the multi-core test.

Snapdragon 620 processor will be the first chip series, which supports video recording at 4K resolution, and comes with 8x LTE-modem, which boasts download speeds up to 300 Mbps.
