Google will provide quick access to weather

With this tweak, if a user searches for the weather in Google Now and Google Search, the system will ask if the user wants to add a shortcut on your desktop to be able to “open weather instantly on your desktop”.

If the user responds that he would get a shortcut on your desktop, you’ll see a new icon, called a “Weather”. From there, clicking on the icon opens a window that moves the user directly to the screen showing the weather. Although this is not an entirely new application, access to it is certainly a positive thing.

To add a shortcut to your home screen, just go to Google and type in the application request for the weather in a particular city. After that, you should see a command prompt at the top of search results with a request, would you like to add a shortcut on the desktop. Select “Add” and the label will immediately appear on the desktop.
