Huawei MediaPad M2 FCC certified

Equipped with a fingerprint reader, Huawei MediaPad M2 tablet was unveiled at the Consumer Electronics Show CES 2016. However, it was not clear when the device goes on sale. Today, the machine became closer step to this date.

The tablet has passed the certification of the Federal Communications Commission (FCC), which indicates the imminent launch of the tablet for the US and international markets.

The tablet runs on eight-processor from Huawei, Kirin 930 and is equipped with a 10.1-inch IPS display with a resolution of 1920×1200 pixels. Depending on the variation, MediaPad M2 comes from 2 or 3 and GB RAM 16 or internal memory 64 GB. All models have a battery of 6,660 mAh.

In terms of camera, the tablet is equipped with a 13-megapixel main and 5-megapixel front-facing shooter. The dimensions make 239.8h172.8h7.4 mm, weight – 500 grams, and is working tablet running Android 5.1 Lollipop.

Low-end model comes in silver, while the expanded variant is presented in gold. Both models are available in WiFi + LTE or WiFi-only versions. The price of the tablet starts at $ 349 and $ 469 ends.
