It is no secret that Samsung is working on a long time folding devices, and the company filed a lot of patents that may be used in the upcoming device called Project Valley. And now Samsung have filed another patent application, which gives us an idea of the possible folding smartphone from Samsung.
The statement said that the device will be equipped with a fingerprint scanner and scanner iris, and this implies that the device can receive and other flagship properties. If you look at the picture, you will notice that the rear panel of the unit is located port for charging, which opens after you add up the smartphone.
Apparently, while charging its device will not be used that may disturb a lot of people, however, it is worth noting that this is not the final design of the smartphone, but simply a sketch, so it is likely that the final product design will look different.
We see more and more prototypes of folding devices, so it is likely that we will see the first such device later this year or early next year. And considering how Samsung have moved in this direction, Project Valley will be one of the first foldable smartphones.
