A couple of weeks ago it was reported that Samsung may use Qualcomm’s processor called Snapdragon 820 chipset for the next flagship Galaxy S7. Now a new report largely confirms this possibility.
According to the report, testing has been very successful, which means that we can see the two Galaxy S7 versions for certain markets.
Similarly, the situation was for several years, until Samsung decided to use only processor of its own production in the Galaxy S6.
The reason for this is probably the high performance Exynos 7420, as well as overheating in the Snapdragon 810 issues.
In any case, according to Qualcomm, the new processor is devoid of defects and a high probability that they will be equipped with other high-end Samsung devices.
