Snapdragon 820 launched in China

Today, 11 December, Qualcomm’s company officially launched its latest Snapdragon chipset 820 in China, where they also showed a smartphone prototype chip under control.

After the official launch of the Snapdragon 820 in China, Qualcomm distributed demo prototypes of smartphones with powerful new chipset.

In addition to the new flagship processor in the smartphone and operating system Android 6.0 Marshmallow has been installed, ultrasonic fingerprint reader, a display with a resolution of 2560h1440, 3 GB of RAM, 64 GB internal memory and a 21-megapixel main camera.

But most interesting is that Chinese journalists managed to run AnTuTu V6.0 Demo smartphone.

Comparative test results, to say the least, impressive. The smartphone is based on the Snapdragon 820 showed an impressive 131,648 points, a new record.

Now, when the processor has been tested, we can only guess at what indicators demonstrate the chipset on the smartphone Galaxy S7, which will operate on the basis of an improved chipset with high frequency.

We only need to wait for new devices on the Snapdragon 820 to see their performance in real life.
