Songza will stop work next year

Starting today, users Songza will be notified that the website and mobile application Songza will stop functioning 31 January 2016.

Songza Google bought in July 2014 for an undisclosed sum, and continues to integrate some of their technology to Google Play.

It is quite obvious solution, as with so many Songza features already integrated into the Google Play Music service, the existence of two similar products does not make sense.

Songza users will be given the opportunity to transfer their accounts to Google Play Music, which will keep track of favorite Pesegov and playlists.

Songza – is a music platform, which was launched in 2007 and brought a lot of great features for music lovers.

Using information such as date, time, and history of listening, Songza suggested playlists, based on projections of mood and / or activity of the user.

Also, users can receive playlists by genre, mood or artists. While Songza is closed, all four of the founder of the service are still working in the Google Play Music team.
