Although modern Android-smartphone equipped with large displays with high resolution, the user interface is not always adapted for compatibility with a lot of content on the screen.

Recently one of the users of XDA-Developers have found that the Galaxy S7 and Galaxy S7 Edge a hidden DPI Scaling settings, moreover, the same option is available for the flagship Galaxy S6.

While most of smartphone users do not provide built-in function of DPI change, an increasing number of experienced users do it yourself, for example, by changing the parameters build.prop.

Using the widgets menu at Nova Launcher, a user XDA-Developers have found that TouchWiz has a label setting called DisplayScalingActivity. As it turned out, it provides an opportunity to start to switch to the display mode “Condensed”.
